I use 2 tablets and I can say that your breath stays fresher longer and gives you more confidence. It can be a bit expensive compared to regular tooth paste but to me it's worth it. I don't use it daily because I alternate, but as far as sensitivity goes, what I do notice is the tooth that had a cavity in it has a odd sensation after I brush my teeth. Almost as if the ingredients are working on repairing it. It's not painful but Its noticeable compared to the healthier teeth. I can't say for sure this will heal your cavity but I can say that I just got my xray today and my cavity is stable and hasnt worsened. The dentist said to keep doing what Im doing and that I probably haven't been drinking soda. (I do still.) So this and maybe coco floss have helped alot.

This is so much better than regular toothpaste! I love how it makes my mouth feel after using it. I feel like it’s more effective at combating bad breath than anything else I have used. Over the course of using it for several weeks I’ve noticed my teeth look whiter. I’ve noticed comments from other reviews about only using half a tablet at a time and I’m going to try that to see if it’s enough, so I can stretch my supply a little longer as it is more expensive. Worth it though!
